The Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh city Export Processing Zones and Industrial Zones (EPZ-IPs) on June 21st summarized 5 years of implementation of Project 01-DA/DU "Consolidating and developing political forces in EPZs-IPs and High Tech Zones Ho Chi Minh city” in the period of 2016 - 2020.

During the period, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh city EPZ - IPs has focused on building and establishing Party organizations in non-state businesses. It currently has 219 Party cells, including 160 in non-state businesses.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep, Head of the Ho Chi Minh city Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization, asked the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City EPZ - IPs to focus on building the quality of Party members so that the party cell ensures a political nucleus, which both well performs professional duties and contributes to the development of businesses.
Besides, it is necessary to timely grasp public opinion, employees’ aspirations, and communicate and mobilize workers and employers to implement measures to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the business, he said./.
