On February 17th, the Vinh Hau A communal Party Committee in Hoa Binh district in the southern province of Bac Lieu convened the 12th Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

The coastal communal Party Congress was chosen to hold the exemplary congress for drawing experience for others at the grassroots level.
Over the past 5 years, Vinh Hau A commune has gained comprehensive achievements, leading to remarkable improvement in people’s living standard. Living mainly on aquaculture and fisheries, the commune has 3,252 hectares of shrimp, an increase of 232 hectares compared to the early term.
The total aquaculture and fisheries catching output reaches 35,728 tons, presenting 102% compared to the target/.
