Ha Tinh Military Party Committee realizes Directives on Party Congresses at all levels

The Ha Tinh Military Party Committee organized a meeting on November 19^th to thoroughly grasp and realize Directives of the Politburo, the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission, and the Standing Board of the Military Region 4 Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13^th National Party Congress. 

At the event, Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Military Party Committee and Political Commissar of the provincial Military Headquarters Nguyen Tat Nhan emphasized Party Congresses at all levels are important political events in the whole army. The results are expected to contribute to the success of the 13^th National Party Congress.

In order to well prepare for Party Congresses at all levels, delegates were urged to have a thorough grasp and direct the implementation of key contents: Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo; Directive 747-CT/QUTW of the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission; Conclusion 55-KL/TW of the Secretariat; instructions of the General Department of Politics, the Central Military Commission’s Board for Inspection, the Standing Board of the Military Region 4 Party Committee; plans of the Standing Board of the Ha Tinh Party Committee and the Standing Board of the provincial Military Party Committee.

Preparation for personnel to be elected to the Standing Board of the Party Committee in the new term must ensure democracy, follow the process and select candidates who are really qualified and talented. The elaboration of political reports and draft resolutions must be carried out closely, carefully and strictly./.
