Five permanent members of the city Party Committee and head of the city Party Committee’s Commission for Organization awarded the 75-year Party membership and 70 Party membership badges to party members in localities.
Of the 6,095 Party members, 23 received the 75-year Party membership badge, 116 received the 70-year Party membership badge, 105 received the 65-year Party membership badge, 323 received the 60-year Party membership badge, 885 received 55-year Party membership badge, 524 received the 50-year Party membership badge, 712 received the 45-year Party membership badge, 2,196 received the 40-year Party membership badge, and 1,211 received the 30-year Party membership badge.
On May 18th, Politburo member and Secretary of Hanoi city Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue visited and awarded the 75-year Party membership badge to Nguyen Van Than of Party Cell 9 under Le Dai Hanh ward Party Committee, Hai Ba Trung district.
Mr. Than is one of the two Party members of Hai Ba Trung district and 23 Party members of the Hanoi city Party Committee to receive the 75-year Party membership badge on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19th).
Mr Vuong Dinh Hue affirmed that the badge is not only an honor for Mr. Than as an individual, but also is the common joy and pride of his family and relatives, Party cell, district Party Committee, as well as city Party Committee. The award of the Party badge represents the recognition of the Party and people of his contribution to the cause of fighting for national independence, building and defending the fatherland.
Earlier, on May 14th, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi city Party Committee Dao Duc Toan attended and presented the 75-year, 70-year Party membership badges to party members in Dong Da district Party Committee./.
