Ho Chi Minh city accelerates use of online public services

Accordingly, for applied online public services, agencies should increase the dissemination of online services among people to increase their efficiency; enhance the quality of online public services; study to reduce time for addressing online public services to encourage their use; add more conveniences to online public service users with support from the State and information and technological devices; and make more information public to residents.

District People’s Committees are urged to practice pilot support for residents in applying online profiles at the communal level; and support machines, devices and personnel for the residents to find it easy to use online public services.

The city Department of Information and Communications is requested to study online payment of fees towards administrative procedures./.
