Ho Chi Minh city invests nearly VND10 billion on 3 new bus stations

The Ho Chi Minh city public traffic management centre has started the building of 3 new bus stations using capital of nearly VND10 billion, in order to increase the quality of transport services and meet the target of 635 million passengers in public transport.

In particular, the Tan Phu Bus Station in Tan Phu district has an area of over 5,507 square metres, providing public restrooms, fences, fire fighting system and security camera system. Being invested with VND6.5 billion, the construction is expected to be completed in 75 days.

The Tan Quy Bus Station, located in Cu Chi district, which is being constructed on an area of 1,156 square metres with VND1.9 billion, is expected to be completed in 120 days.

Meanwhile, 600 square metres are put aside to build the An Nhon Tay Bus Station in Cu Chi district, using VND1.3 billion and being completed in 90 days./.
