According to FALMI, the labourers are needed for trade - real estate; mechanics and automation.

Of the laborers, 24.12% need to have university degrees, 16.05% need college degrees, 17.21% need vocational training degrees, 18.58% should be skilled technicians, and 24.04% untrained.

In the first quarter of this year, surveys in 7,726 businesses by FALMI showed that they needed to recruit 27,552 laborers, mainly in businesses; services; information and technology; textile and garment - footwear; customer services; and accounting - auditing.

The need for university graduates or higher qualification accounted for 24.25% as human resources mainly in business; information and technology; accounting - auditing; architecture - constructional technology; marketing - public relations; and office administration./.
