Ho Chi Minh city’s corruption prevention inspected

A delegation from the Central Steering Committee on Corruption Prevention led by Truong Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Standing Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Head of the Committee, on November 27th worked with the Standing Board of the Ho Chi Minh city Party Committee on its plan to inspect and increase corruption prevention.

The delegation targeted to master and assess the city Party Committee’s leadership over corruption prevention as well as the results of the prevention; discover difficulties and obstacles during the prevention; and put forth measures to overcome the obstacles.

Accordingly, the leadership over corruption prevention; the implementation of corruption prevention tasks; the checking of socio-economic inspection; the implementation of conclusions and suggestions made by working delegations of the Central Steering Committee on Corruption Prevention, as well as those made by inspectors and auditors, will be inspected.

This is considered an important foundation for the Party and State to issue policies and laws on corruption prevention for Ho Chi Minh city in particular, and for the whole country in general./.
