The kingdom of garlic in Quang Ngai province’s Ly Son island has harvested its winter-spring garlic crop, with high productivity.

Accordingly, nearly 3,000 tons of garlic have been produced on an area of nearly 330 hectares.

If sold at the current price of 40,000 VND/kg, this crop, Ly Son farmers collected over 120 billion, accounting for over 60% of the total value of agricultural production in the locality.

In garlic season, vehicle owners earn income by transporting the garlic from fields to home.

Each vehicle owner earns around VND500,000 per day by making 5-8 trips.
