The Vietnam Red Cross and the national humanitarian portal 1400 have been working together to carry out a message program supporting flood victims.
Each message contributes VND20,000 to support flood affected people. (Photo for illustration)
Lasting from July 8th to September 4th, the program collects VND20,000 from each message with the content VL and sent to 1407.
It aims to help localities seriously affected by torrential rain and flash floods to overcome difficulties and stabilize residents’ life after natural disasters. All the money collected from the program will be used to buy goods, buy houses and support victims’ livelihood.
The Vietnam Red Cross encourages organizations and individuals in Vietnam and overseas to support the program./.
