A meeting was organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on February 18th to announce a decision by the Prime Minister to appoint Le Minh Ngan, Deputy Chairman of the Quang Binh provincial People's Committee, as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Le Minh Ngan was a member of the Executive Board of the Quang Binh provincial Party Committee, and Deputy Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Ngan, born in 1969, is from Quang Binh province. He holds a Master’s degree of economics.
Speaking at the meeting, he affirmed that he would be determined to train, constantly learn, and try his best to complete the task.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment now has five Deputy Ministers including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa, Mr. Le Cong Thanh, Tran Quy Kien, Vo Tuan Nhan and Le Minh Ngan./.
