Ministry of Transport appoints new Deputy Head

On October 23rd, Minister of Tranport Nguyen Van The presented a decision appointing Mr. Dinh Manh Duc, Deputy Head of the Railway Project Management Unit, as the Deputy Head of the Transport Engineering Construction and Quality Management Bureau.

The decision will take effect on November 1st, 2019.
