In Decision 1548/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the additional election result of the position of Deputy Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term.

Accordingly, Mr. Le Quang Tien, member of the provincial Party Executive Committee and Chairman of the Thai Nguyen city People's Committee, was approved for this position.
Earlier on October 25th, the Thai Nguyen provincial People’s Council organized an unusual meeting to elect Mr. Tien with 100% of votes.
Speaking at the meeting announcing the decision, Mr. Vu Hong Bac, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, congratulated the new Deputy Head and believed that in the new position, Mr. Tien would continue to uphold his capacity to complete the assigned tasks./.
