Northern province organizes communal Party Congress

The communal Congress was chosen to be the exemplary congress for others to assess and learn from.

With residents living mainly on agricultural production, over the past 5 years, the Viet Thanh communal Party Committee has realized the targets set by the 22^nd Congress, with stable economic development, an increase in the per capita income of 1.7 times, good cultural and social development, maintained political security and social order, and increased Party building and political system building.

Viet Thanh is among the 3 first communes recognized to achieve the criteria of a new-style rural area. 

During the Congress, the delegates discussed and contributed their ideas to the draft documents to be submitted to the 13^th National Party Congress, and the draft political report to the Tran Yen district Party Congress; and elected the communal Party Executive Committee for the new term./.
