Online contest about history for children launched

“I love the nation of Vietnam” 2019, an online contest for children was launched at the Hong Bang Secondary School in District 5, Ho Chi Minh city, by the Ho Chi Minh city Council of Young Pioneer Organization and Khan Quang Do newspaper on September 30th.

The contest focuses on knowledge on history of the nation and structure of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, young heroes and process of construction and development of Ho Chi Minh city.
The contest, which is designed for students from primary and secondary schools, will last until October 27th.
Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh city Youth Union and Head of the Ho Chi Minh city Council of Young Pioneer Organization, said that the event is one practical activity to mark the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd, 1930 - February 3rd, 2020)
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh city Council of Young Pioneer Organization also launches programs to teach the tradition for primary and secondary students as well as introduce examples of outstanding children and Uncle Ho’s Good Children./.
