Outstanding ethnic minority youth and adolescents report achievements to Uncle Ho

A delegation of outstanding ethnic minority youth and adolescents from Lao Cai province reported their achievements to Uncle Ho at House 67 in the Presidential Palace Historical Site on August 30th.

The activity aims to mark the 71st anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19th) and the National Day (September 2nd).

At the ceremony, Lu Ngoc Khue, of the Pa Di ethnic group from Muong Khuong district, presented for over 112,000 students with outstanding achievements in studying and gaining high results in provincial and national excellent student contests, and excellent members of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, reported to Uncle Ho their achievements in the 2015-2016 school year.

The delegates expressed their infinite gratitude to beloved Uncle Ho, who strived and sacrificed his life for the independence and freedom of the nation. His moral thoughts and style have become extremely valuable heritages, lighting the way for Vietnam’s revolution. Before the soul of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates committed to memorize Uncle Ho’s teachings, striving to study and follow his examples.

After that, the delegates visited the Presidential Palace, House 54, where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked from 1954 to 1958, and the Stilt House./.
