Addressing the ceremony, Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh appreciated the achievements that the fund has gained over the past 25 years, suggesting that the organization should increase the dissemination of practical programs among communities and sponsors.

“I believe that the fund will continue to be a trusted destination linking humanitarian hearts, in order to mobilize domestic and foreign resources, assisting the Party, State and people to well realise social welfare policies, better protecting, educating and caring for children, ensuring child rights and increasing quality of life for children,” she said.

Six collectives and individuals who made excellent achievements in caring for and protecting children in the 2012-2016 period were honoured during the ceremony by receiving the Prime Minister’s certificates of merit.
