Delegates should focus on thoroughly grasping the spirit of Directive 35 on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress, and instructing documents for preparations for the political event.
The information was said by Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, PCC member, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) in a meeting to thoroughly grasp Directive 35-CT/TW dated May 30th, 2019 of the Politburo, and realize plans to organize Party Congresses at all levels.

He asked party committees and party cells to focus on building political reports, plans and development strategies in the next 5 years; especially the focus on personnel work which is considered the most important step to vote in excellent individuals suitable with the targets of the new term.
He also announced some information of the 12th PCC’s 11th Plenum held from October 7th to 12th, in Hanoi.
Mr. Pham Xuan Canh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, a member of the group’s Council of Members reported the implementation of plans of the 3rd PetroVietnam Party Congress while delegates discussed and contributed ideas to the implementation of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the group Party Congress.
Recently, the Party Committee of the Central Businesses Bloc has decided to approve Mr. Le Manh Hung, General Director of PetroVietnam, to be Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
At the event, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, on behalf of leaders of the group, presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Le Manh Hung./.
