Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed a decision to appoint Deputy Minister of Education and Training and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

Specifically, the Prime Minister has appointed Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuong, Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 period, as Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuong, born in 1968, has a Ph.D. in literature.
Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Education and Training, he held various positions such as Principal of the Lang Son Pedagogy College, Director of the Lang Son provincial Department of Education and Training, Secretary of the Chi Lang district Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lang Son Provincial People's Committee.
In addition, the Prime Minister has also appointed Mr. Le Minh Ngan, member of the Executive Board of the Quang Binh provincial Party Committee and Deputy Chairman of the provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 period, as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
Mr. Le Minh Ngan, born in 1969, is a Master of Economics.
Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, he held various positions as Director of the Quang Binh provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Deputy Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee./.
