The Quang Nam Central General Hospital had given the all-clear for 2 additional COVID-19 patients, Mai Van Muoi, Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Health, said on September 16.

They included a 70 year-old female patient who was detected to contract COVID-19 on September 8 also suffers from bladder cancer and adrenal insufficiency. The other is a 20-year-old female patient announced to be infected with SARS-CoV-2, who also has Down syndrome.
According to Mr. Muoi, the two patients will be isolated at home for health quarantine for 14 days, and tested twice before integrating into the community.
Earlier, the Quang Nam Central General Hospital successfully treated 54 COVID-19 patients, including a 100-year-old person./.
