Session collects ideas for draft report on Party building

The Sub-Committee in charge of Charter of the 13th National Party Congress has held its 8th session to collect ideas for the draft report on Party building and the implementation of Party Charter in the 12th tenure.

Mr. Chinh asked the Standing Board of the Sub-Committee in charge of Charter of the 13th National Party Congress to carefully study, refine and absorb the maximum of enthusiastic and accurate comments, continue to complete the Draft Report with the highest quality to report to authorities for consideration and decision.

Members of the Subcommittee evaluated methods and ways to promote democracy, and mobilize the wisdom of the entire Party, for the Draft Report summarizing Party building and implementation of the Party Charter for the 12th National Party Congress tenure.

Opinions show that Party building and rectification continues to be highly appreciated and has affirmed its role, position and importance in the current situation, receiving attention not only from cadres and party members but also from all walks of life.

The contribution of the Party Committees, Party organizations, Party Congress at all levels and scientists for the Report shows responsibility, enthusiasm and highly constructive spirit; basically agrees with the assessment of the achieved results, frankly specifies the limitations, shortcomings and causes, especially subjective causes, and contributes more content, tasks and new solutions. The Subcommittee agreed to seriously absorb relevant, convincing ideas and continue to improve it to report to competent authorities./.
