To prepare personnel for the Party congresses from the grassroots to provincial levels, the Party Committee of the southern province of Vinh Long has adopted the personnel planning of the district level executive boards which include 625 people.

In addition, the province suggested the Party Central Committee adopt the planning of 98 people in the provincial Party Executive Committee, including 30 in the provincial Party Standing Board.
Based on the planning, the province has given political theory training to nearly 4,300 people, 2nd profession training to 6 people, and post-graduate training to over 3,300 people.
Over 1,200 people have received political theory training, 30 have been sent to study abroad, 137 trained with national defence and security knowledge, and over 16,100 trained with profession.
Another 30 people’s jobs have been moved from provincial to district levels or vice versa, or from one sector to another./.
