The figures were presented after a survey on labour demand in agencies and businesses in the city.

Accordingly, businesses focus on recruiting technical and experienced laborers, with 33% of the need for common laborers, 11% for skilled technical workers, 22% for those who undergo vocational training schools, 14% for those who have college degrees, and over 18% for those who have university degrees.

According to Tran Anh Tuan, FALMI Deputy Director, the city labor market tends to witness the labour shift toward experienced laborers.

From now until the end of this year, experienced laborers are forecast to be sought to serve year-end production demand./.
