Thousands of servings of milk provided for children in Binh Dinh

As many as 64,000 boxes of milk, worth VND430 million, were provided for 700 pupils in Binh Dinh on August 22nd, aiming to improve both physical and intellectual health.
The Stand Tall Vietnam Milk Fund, by the Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, contributes to improving the nutrition of children in Binh Dinh province in particular and across the country in general.

It has lasted for 10 years.

Apart from milk, Vinamilk provides scholarships for poor pupils with excellent academic results…

… and gifts for policy entitlement families.

During the program, hundreds of pupils receive free medical check-ups and consultancy on adequate nutrition for best physical development by Vinamilk nutritionists.

Pupils also join physical games.

Established since 2008, the fund is carried out along with the National Fund for Vietnamese Children under the Ministry of Labor, War-Invalids and Social Affairs.

With over 1.5 million servings of milk worth VND10 billion, the fund will distribute to over 17,000 children of 23 provinces and cities nationwide. Over the past 10 years, over 33 million servings of milk worth nearly VND140 billion have reached to 420,000 disadvantaged children across the country.
