Since the beginning of this year, the province has disbursed over VND1.4 billion as loans assisting hundreds of poor families in developing their domestic economy and stabilizing their lives. So far the outstanding balance in loans for jobs has reached over VND83 billion, benefiting nearly 6,000 poor families.

The province has also organized 3 work fairs, attracting 15 businesses that are in need of 3,000 labourers. In the first 3 months of this year, the province provided job consultancy for 3,100 labourers and vocational consultancy for 300 others; and introduced jobs to thousands of labourers. In addition, nearly 300 labourers who want to go to work abroad were provided with consultancy, and 40 were successfully sent to work abroad.

The number of businesses joining work fairs doubled from the same period last year, while there was also a sharp increase in the provided jobs and industries, creating favourable conditions for labourers to get jobs suitable for their ability and aspirations./.
