To realize the target, according to Trinh Minh Hung, the Centre Director, the province plans to organize 12 work transactions and at least five job festivals, connecting labourers and recruiters. Meanwhile, organizations, unions and the provincial Bank for Social Policies will carry out the province’s preferential policies and guidelines on employment and labour export.

Each guest laborer will be allowed to borrow up to VND150 million, an increase of VND50 million compared to previous years, encouraging them to join labour export and boost poverty reduction.

Last year, Tra Vinh province sent 254 workers abroad; organized 12 work transactions and provided employment consultancy to nearly 13,000 laborers./.
