The MoU is part of activities increasing cooperation and taking advantage of international resources in overcoming the consequences of toxic chemicals left from the war in Vietnam. It is of great significance in assessing, choosing and mastering advanced and effective technologies in treating dioxin.

Accordingly, the two units will combine land cleaning and burning technologies in treating dioxin, as a more economical solution compared to the other options to clean land polluted by dioxin.

It will help increase efficiency and reduce fees for treating the dioxin polluted land.

A pilot project will begin in November, while the test on cleaning land will be conducted from January to April 2019./.
