Over 50 young members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Central Enterprises Bloc were honoured during a festival gathering outstanding young followers of President Ho Chi Minh’s example, held by the Bloc on September 18th.

From 2014 to 2017, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Central Enterprises Bloc has carried out a wide range of activities to increase the studying and following of Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and style. In particular, nearly 250 talks have been held to discuss works about Uncle Ho with the participation of over 31,000 members. Nearly 3,000 branches of the union have practised activities on studying and following Uncle Ho’s teaching, and 102,000 members have registered to do work relating to studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
According to the bloc, over 3,500 initiatives and scientific works have been applied in production and business, while its members have carried out voluntary work in poor localities, using a capital of nearly VND200 billion.
The young members have also donated 24,750 units of blood, and introduced over 14,000 outstanding members to the Party, with over 9,300 being admitted to the Party./.
