From now until the end of 2013, the Mong Cai City Youth Union will sponsor 7 people who are second generation victims of Agent Orange.

Recently, the union has worked with the Mong Cai City Association of Victims of Agent Orange to visit and give presents to Nguyen Trung Tuan, born in 1986, who is a child of an AO victim in Hai Tien commune. Accordingly, he will be assisted with VND300,000 per month within 1 year.
The program of humanitarian significance calls on the community to join in helping hands to share the pain with the second generation victims of AO.
