On November 7th, delegates of the APEC 2017 Voices of the Future forum visited Hoa Binh village, Thanh Ha pottery village and learned how to make decorative multi-coloured lanterns in Hoi An ancient town.
As water still flooded many places in Hoi An, the delegates were divided into two groups
Given the lamp frame, the delegates put cloth on the lantern
However, the work is not simple
Foreign delegates were quite excited about this challenge
The challenge requires diligence, patience and dedication
Most delegates met difficulties with this challenge
And they had to ask for the guidance of Vietnamese artisans
Their final products are quite eye-catching./.
