Da Nang - Chiang Mai air route to launch mid-April

With 7 flights a week, this is the sole air route connecting Da Nang (the central hub of Vietnam) to Chiang Mai (the biggest city in northern Thailand); affirming the carrier’s pledge of establishing a wide flight network in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

The flight from Da Nang departs at 10h15 while the return from Chiang Mai takes off at 08h00. The flight duration is 1 hour and 45 minutes.

AirAsia is now operating two direct flights to Da Nang, including Da Nang - Bangkok with three daily flightsy and Da Nang - Kuala Lumpur with two daily flights.

The Da Nang - Chiang Mai route is expected facilitate northern provinces of Vietnam and their people to easily fly to Chiang Mai without traveling to Ho Chi Minh city or Hanoi./.
