Da Nang to host kite festival in mid-July

Aiming to boost beach festivals during the summer break, this year’s event will be attended by kite clubs from Ho Chi Minh city, where the kite flying movement has developed rapidly, in combination with Da Nang kite clubs.

On the sidelines, the festival will include abundant activities such as: a competition of Rokkaku kites, decoration of kites for children and traditional martial arts performance.

It is expected to contribute to enriching the city’s cultural and artistic activities to meet the increasing demand of the spiritual life of local residents; creating a more exciting and cheerful atmosphere for Da Nang beach./.
