DIFF 2017 to last two months

The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2017 will be officially held nearly two months, from April 29th to June 24th, with the theme “Shining Ngu Hanh Son”.

This information was announced in a press conference co-organized by the city and Sun Group on December 5
th.
Inherited and developed from the success of the event in previous years, DIFF 2017 will attract the participation of eight teams from countries with developed firework arts such as the US, France and China.
Instead of taking place on three consecutive nights of April, DIFF 2017 will be organized Saturdays on April 29th, May 20th, May 27th, June 3rd and June 24th. Each night will have the performances of two teams with the focus on the subjects of “Fire-Earth-Metal-Water-Wood”.
The festival is expected to lure 2 million tourists to the central coastal city.
Together with the five fireworks display nights, Da Nang will be busy with festival rhythm for the two months, with events such as Cham Culture festival, sculpture festival, international cuisine festival, beer festival and other street festivals./.
