Representatives of the Da Nang Tourism Department's Tourism Promotion Center offered flowers, souvenirs and tourism publications to passengers at the lobby of the international arrival terminal.

The Phnom Penh – Da Nang air route operates 5 flights a week on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, starting from October 27th to December 31st, 2019, and will have 7 flights a week starting from January 1st, 2020.

Flights are scheduled to depart from Phnom Penh at 13h30 and arrive in Da Nang at 14h50 while the returns will take off from Da Nang at 15h40 and land in Phnom Penh at 17h00.

The direct air service officially connects the tourism hubs of Vietnam and Cambodia, meeting the demand for tourist growth of the two countries. It also contributes to affirming Vietnam as a popular destination of Cambodians for tourism, shopping, health care, amusement and entertainment.

Earlier, Cambodian travelers coming to Da Nang had to fly through Ho Chi Minh city. But now, the direct air route helps Cambodians more easily discover not only Da Nang but also surrounding areas of Vietnam./.
