Discovery makes documentary film about Vietnam

A film crew from the Discovery Channel will travel to Vietnam on September 26th to film final scenes of the documentary film with the title “Connecting Dreams”.

The film tells about Vietnamese people who bring modern technology to change the life of people in least developed countries such as Tanzania and Mozambique in Africa, and Peru.

The project started in the end of 2017 with scenes in Africa completed. Over the past year, the film crew visited Vietnam many times to take footage from Ha Giang to Ca Mau, and Hai Phong and will take its last scenes in Hanoi, starting from September 26th.

The 24-minute long documentary will be broadcast in December 2018 on Discovery Channel across Asia and the Pacific and Discovery Africa.

The crew includes 7 members, being Vietnamese Australian host, Jodan Nguyen; creative director Vikram Channa, executive producer Emile Guertin, producer Ira Tufile, Vietnamese producer Ha Thuc Van and production assistant Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong./.
