Ho Chi Minh stimulates railway tourism for National Day

Ho Chi Minh city has coordinated with the railway sector to build specific tours and routes for tourists during the National Day (September 2nd) and the rest of the year.

The coordination aims to offer diversified tourist products with promotion prices to stimulate tourism demand in the low season.
Currently, about 30 travel companies are linking with the railway sector to create new products. 130 carriages were upgraded to bring new experiences for tourists and the Sai Gon Railway Transport joint stock company is also associating with the Ho Chi Minh city Tourism Association to conduct training and improve service quality and serving skills in line with tourism standards.
The tours will connect to famous central tourist attractions such as Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Phu Yen and Quy Nhon .
After aviation, the railway tourism demand stimulation is another strategy of the southern hub to exploit local tourism potential. By the end of the year, the tours are expected to also link with other northern localities./.
