Hoi An city in the central coastal province of Quang Nam will greet the first international tourist delegation of 2020 on January 1st, at the Tra Que vegetable village.

The move is expected to contribute to promoting the brand of traditional villages of Hoi An, as well as express the hospitality of the people of the city to tourists.
On December 9th, the Center for Culture, Sports, Radio & Television of Hoi An said from December 24th, 2019, to January 1st, 2020, the city will organize a Gala Dinner program to welcome the New Year with many special activities.
Accordingly, from the night of December 24th, Nguyen Phuc Chu street and An Hoi statue garden will become more splendid with decorative clusters and unique displays.
Notably, from the night of December 28th, a cuisine market will be arranged at An Hoi statue garden by the Quang Nam Tourism Association in coordination with local restaurants and businesses in order to introduce experiences of the culinary culture of Hoi An to visitors.
In addition, there are art exchange activities at the main stage such as: a meeting with Hoi An bands, “Spring Dance” and Hoi An Art Talent contest.
From 21h30 on December 31st, an art program to welcome the New Year will take place with many activities: art performances, lucky lottery and award ceremony for contests in the year./.
