In 2016, Ly Son greeted more than 150,000 tourist arrivals, grossing a turnover of over VND100 billion, a two-fold increase against the previous year.
Covering 9.97 square kilometers, Ly Son district includes two islands: Big island (known as Cu Lao Re) and Small island (known as Cu Lao Bo Bai) with three communes: An Vinh, An Hai and An Binh.
