National flag carrier helps promote Hai Phong tourism

On March 20th, the Hai Phong city People’s Committee and national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines signed a cooperative deal for tourism promotion in 2017.

Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines will coordinate and assist Hai Phong city to realize its cultural diplomacy plan in combination with tourism promotion.
The carrier will help the hub promote tourism on its kiosks at international fairs in the Republic of Korea, the UK and France. In addition, the airlines will also actively introduce Hai Phong’s image on its channels.
Hai Phong will assist Vietnam Airlines to bring its image, products and services to local people.
A representative of Vietnam Airlines said Hai Phong is the second locality the carrier has signed a deal with to enhance promotion of tourism potential and socio-economic development. Earlier, in February 2017, the unit signed the same deal with Hanoi./.
