The frequency and conditions for passenger carriage between the two countries will be agreed on by aviation authorities of Vietnam and China.

The Government leader noted that immigration demand of overseas Vietnamese, foreign investors, experts and overseas Vietnamese students is increasing sharply.

The Government’s view is creating conditions to meet the legitimate and practical needs in priority order which are suitable to the ability of meeting domestic reception and isolation requirements.

The Government asked priority to be given to Vietnamese stranded overseas, diplomats, foreign experts, specialists, skilled workers and students.

Quick testing and appropriate isolation for each type of entry to ensure requirements of prevention and control of epidemics are obligatory.

The PM also assigned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Transport to increase repatriation flights and reopen commercial services to Seoul (the Republic of Korea), Japan's Tokyo (Japan), Taiwan (China) Vientiane (Laos) and Phnom Penh (Cambodia) to bring Vietnamese abroad home./.
