The Nghe An provincial People’s Committee has issued a Decision recognizing the special national relic of Km0 - Ho Chi Minh trail as a tourist destination.

Under the decision, the Tan Ky district People’s Committee is responsible for coordinating with organizations and individuals to protect, preserve and develop natural resources of tourism; ensure social order and safety for tourists; and protect the environment and the participation of community members in tourism activities.
In addition, regulations of management and exploitation of the tourist site will be issued in accordance with the Law on Tourism and related documents.
The district was urged to develop voice-over contents and promotional publications in order to promote the value of the tourist destination.
The Nghe An Tourism Department was asked to instruct, inspect, supervise the implementation of the Decision and undertake state management function on tourism for the site, in accordance with current legal regulations./.
