Domestic and foreign tourists enjoy free publications, magazines, leaflets and maps about destinations in Hanoi and other surroundings.

It serves as a bridge to receive feedback and complaints from tourists to help eliminate negative phenomena affecting the quality of tourism services of the city.

At this address, tourists can book free walking tours to discover the Old Quarter and the space around the lake within 1.5 to 2 hours, including a tour of Hanoi’s craft villages and another to study the capital’s history and culture.

They will be taken to traditional craft villages, temples and ancient pagodas with spiritual marks of Vietnamese people by young “travel ambassadors” who are students in Hanoi.

Earlier, the first of its kind was launched in October 2016 at No.28 Hang Dau street, managed by the Hanoi Department of Tourism./.
