Vietnam Airlines increases flights during National Day

(CPV) - The Vietnam National Flag Carrier (Vietnam Airlines) on April 11th announces its plan to increase seats during this year’s Reunification Day and May Day to meet the increased travel demand.
Accordingly, from April 25th - May 4th, 2018, the carrier will add nearly 300 flights (equivalent to around 60,000 seats) on 12 local routes, mainly connecting Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh city to Da Nang, Phu Quoc, and Hanoi to Nha Trang.
The total number of seats is expected to reach 480,000, a 14% of increase compared with normal schedule and up 4.5% from the same period last year, hoping to solve the overload situation.
Passengers are advised to be arrive at the airports around two hours before their departures to complete procedures, enjoy online check-in or self-service kiosks.
