Vietnam ready for ATF 2019

Two weeks ahead the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2019 which will take place in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province, from January 14th and 18th; preparations have been basically completed, said Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

Being the host, Vietnam is ready to welcome international delegates at the most important event on tourism under the framework of ASEAN cooperation.
ATF 2019 includes major activities such as ASEAN Tourism Ministerial Meeting, ASEAN National Tourism Organizations, ASEAN Tourism Ministers plus Three, ASEAN tourism conferences, ATF Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) fair, and programs to meet and survey Vietnam’s tourism products.
Notably, important meeting sessions will be held at FLC Ha Long Hotel, while TRAVEX fair will take place at Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center.
So far, the organizers selected official hotels and developed travel plans for participants of the event.
Singapore’s TTG communications group is the partner of the TRAVEX fair to arrange design of booths, invite domestic and foreign companies and press and organize international communication activities.
The organizers said so far, there have been 394 buyers, 122 communications companies, 176 booths from ASEAN countries and 53 booths from Vietnamese businesses./.
