Italian newspaper - "From above, Ha Long is strangely beautiful"

According to the
commentary on prestigious tourism page Viaggi, Italia’s leading newspaper named La Repubblica, said of Ha Long, Vietnam's UNESCO Heritage "From above, Ha Long is strangely beautiful."

With a short article and a photo album taken of Ha Long bay from a seaplane, Viaggi takes Italian readers to this place after a brief introduction on the geographical location, the area of bay as well as some place-names around the bay,.

The article writes that Ha Long has become famous around the world because of a series of small islands concentrated in the bay, and confirming their beauty as seen from the air. These 775 small islands have been protected by UNESCO since 1994.

According to Viaggi, this place works closely with the history of Vietnam.

The page also mentioned the ancient port of Van Don, Poem (Bai Tho) mountain, Bach Dang river with two historic victories against the Song and Mongol invaders in the 10th and 13th centuries.

Ha Long is also one of the places where the ancient people settled earliest in Southeast Asia and is rich and abundant in nature with different ecosystems, forests and is the home to a diverse range of flaura and fauna.

The article concludes that the annual flow of travelers increases annually, and with tourism services enhanced by the presence of a seaplane, the mid and high-level visitors can see Ha Long bay from above to discover it’s “irresistible beautiful”.

This is the fifth article of Viaggi about Vietnamese tourism in more than a year and all referred to Ha Long bay, which is attracting more and more visitors from Italy./.
