2017 Toronto International Film Festival opens

The 42nd annual Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) opened in Canada on September 6th (local time), heating up the race for the Oscars.

The 2017 TIFF, attracting hundreds of stars, talent, and filmmakers, will have thirteen programs that will feature a wide variety of amazing films including: the best in international cinema and the latest homegrown Canadian talent.
More than 330 feature and short films from 74 countries/countries will be screened at the biggest film festival in North America, which runs through September 17th.
Canada films at the festival are listed as 28 features and 29 shorts.
Hispano-American cinema will play a great role with 26 productions, its largest participation in the festival's history./.
