Completion of Party Congress draft documents accelerated

On July 1st, a delegation of the Secretariat led by the Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Head of the PCC Commission on Economics Nguyen Van Binh, worked with the Nam Dinh provincial Standing Committee on the realization of the Politburo directive on Party Congresses at all levels, toward the 13th National Party Congress.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nam Dinh provincial Party Committee Tran Van Chung, as of June 30th, all grassroots Party organizations completed their Congresses. All of the provincially governed Party organizations are expected to be completed by August 5th, while the 20th provincial Party Committee is planned to take place in September.
During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh noted that Nam Dinh provincial Standing Committee should continue to drastically carry out the Politburo directive to ensure the successful organization of Party Congresses; accelerate the completion of draft documents to be submitted to the provincial Party Congress; and prepare well personnel work for the provincial Party Congress term 2020-2025.
He suggested that the draft political report submitted to the provincial Party Congress should identify and focus on exploiting advantages in terms of geographical location, history, culture and human; focusing on promoting the development of transport infrastructure system with Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh national roads. “In addition, the province should study to build Nam Dinh city into a smart city, in combination with administrative reforms and improvement of investment environment./.
