The preparation of documents for the upcoming Hau Giang provincial Party Congress term 2020-2025 has been made seriously and in line with regulations, as well as Politburo Directive 35 on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress.

So said Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Chairwoman of the National Assembly, when she chaired a meeting on September 14 working with the Standing Board of the Hau Giang provincial Party Committee on its building of draft documents and personnel plans for the upcoming provincial Party Congress.
Speaking at the meeting, Le Tien Chau, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said that during its construction of the draft political report, Hau Giang had strictly followed the editing process, and held diverse meetings to collect contributions and feedback from tens of thousands of participants from ministries, agencies and classes of people.
“Meanwhile, the personnel plans were thoroughly prepared, ensuring to choose capable people with political virtue to serve the province’s development,” Secretary Chau confirmed.
Congratulating the province on its achievements over the past term, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said the province had developed the draft documents in a strict manner, collecting ideas from diverse ministries, agencies, former leaders, retired cadres, key cadres and people in the province.
She agreed with the subject, motto, targets and goals in the next 5 years noted in the draft political report. “The provincial Party Committee should receive ideas from central agencies to recalculate targets to suit the situation in the province and ensure that the targets are feasible; and adjust some cultural and social targets so that they are more suitable for the average development in the Mekong River Delta and the whole country,” she said./.
