The Bac Ninh Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee have held an online dialogue with FDI enterprises to listen to suggestions and recommendations from them to make timely decisions.

In addition, the province will issue supporting mechanisms and policies, innovative solutions in line with the reality, meeting the aspirations of the majority of people and businesses, and overcoming current challenges to welcome new opportunities to promote production and business and recover the economy.

In the near future, the Secretary of the Bac Ninh Party Committee wishes to continue to maintain focus on talking with and removing difficulties for businesses as a regular activity to demonstrate the commitment and responsibility of the province in the development process, with the goal of strengthening exchanges, improving the efficiency of State management, as well as promptly removing difficulties for businesses.

At the event, representatives of FDI enterprises sent 75 written comments and 35 directly exchanged opinions related to the entry of experts; measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic in industrial parks such as vaccination against COVID-19, testing for SARS-CoV-2 for workers and drivers, and control of out-of-province workers; the Government’s policy on tax exemption and reduction; environmental pollution in industrial zones; and simplifying procedure to solve insurance problems.

So far, Bac Ninh has had a total of 1,674 valid FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of 20.14 billion USD, ranking 7th in the country in terms of investment capital.

At the dialogue, Bac Ninh launched a quick response team to support businesses, thereby affirming its determination to create the most favorable conditions for FDI enterprises to restore production.

Also on this occasion, many businesses received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Bac Ninh People’s Committee for their achievements in fulfilling the obligation of paying the State budget in 2020./.
