Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Moriyama Masahito has paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi.

Minister Moriyama Masahito led a delegation on a working visit to Vietnam from April 28 to 30.
